Enhanced platform dashboard
We’ve also given the MessageGears dashboard a big face lift! The latest dashboard update has all the same features as before, with some ease of use tweaks to make sorting and customizing seeing what you need easier than ever. We’ve split the dashboard into two pages: performance and operational. On the performance page, you’ll find updated metrics, an easy way to jump back into your recently visited work, and the ability to create new assets. On the operational page, you’ll find the recent and scheduled jobs tables, allowing you to track all job execution statuses.

For customers using multiple channels – email, push, and SMS – this update enhances workflow efficiency by incorporating channel selection into the creation workflow. Additionally, templates are now displayed upon selection, allowing marketers to quickly confirming their choice. Recurring schedules now display the next 10 launch times for added clarify prior to launch.

Release 25.1.1
Refined segmentation canvas
Refined segmentation canvas
We’re thrilled to bring a brand new canvas experience to Blueprints. The process of segmenting your audiences has never been easier, as we’re introducing brand new node designs and elements to make larger Blueprints easier to understand from a bird’s eye view. With this update, nodes will show associated campaign counts, surface labels for more visibility, and introduce new colors to help you sort through your segmentations faster. We’ve also introduced smooth zoom controls, and a brand new mini map for those larger canvases to make navigation easier than ever.
Release 25.1.1
New data access preview role
A new user role has been introduced, which simply hides the preview functionality on pages containing potentially sensitive PII. This limits the risk of exposing personal data to users who don’t need to leverage those features regularly, and it can be done without having to identify each unique attribute or data point which might contain PII.
Release 25.1.1
FreeMarker upgrade
FreeMarker upgrades have also been released. Now marketers can build, test, assign, and manage FreeMarker versions at the account level — making it easier to adopt new dynamic content capabilities at your own pace.
