How to Make SmarTech Investments: Asking the Right Questions Throughout Your Purchasing Journey (moderated by Ansira) – In this session, we’ll discuss fails, wins, and everything in between when it comes to brands making tech investments because of a new, flashy tool or someone’s passion project. How has your organization learned to make sure the tech they’re investing in works for everyone?

Click With Your Customers Through Experimentation (moderated by Phrasee) – In this session, we’ll discuss ideas and tips on testing and experimentation to ensure you cut through the noise and click with your customers. What are your experiences and top tips on experimenting with your marketing to make sure you cut through the noise? How do you ensure you’re using data to empower your decisions, and not relying on gut instinct? How do you test, learn and share insights with your wider team to scale and ensure your communications across your digital channels are consistent?

Customer Panel: Getting the Most Out of Peak Season

Every business has a peak season and an offseason. In this panel, we’ll hear from Best Buy, Party City, and Blue Nile (three brands with three different peak seasons) about how they plan, adapt, and execute at a high level to get the most out of the peaks and pits they encounter each year.

You may pick up your badge outside of the garden entrance at the Waldorf Astoria on Sunday between 5 – 7 p.m. Badges will also be available for pick up Monday morning on the 2nd floor.
